Freshly ground nutmeg to taste (I'm a huge fan of nutmeg so I use quite a bit)
2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup fat free milk
½ cup pumpkin puree
½ cup applesauce
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup dried cranberries (craisins)
2 pink lady or granny smith apples, peeled and chopped
