    * Garlic, 2 cloves, chopped
    * Jalapeno Pepper, fresh, seeded, chopped
    * White Beans, canned, one 14-oz can, drained and rinsed
    * Diced Tomatoes, canned, one 14-oz can
    * Salt and Black pepper to taste
