    1 cup celery, (about 3 medium stalks cut into chunks)
    1 rutabaga (diced)
    2 ounces button mushrooms (about 6 sliced)
    2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
    2 bay leaves
    1/2 tsp dry rosemary
    1 tsp thyme
    1/4 tsp cardamom
    1 tsp pepper corns

    Backbones, neck and wingtips carcass and bones of chicken.
