Ingredients
- Melted Roll-up
Turkey Breast, slice
Swiss Cheese, slice
Avocado, slices
Lay turkey on plate. Top with cheese and a couple of slices of avocado. Roll-up. Secure with toothpick if needed. Pan saute for a few minutes on each side till golden and cheese is gooey.
Variations:
Add a sliced green chili (Ortega Whole Mild Green Chilies in the can) instead or in addition to the avocado.
Roast Beef, Swiss, and Avocado
Ham, Swiss, a smear of Mustard and Dill Pickle.
This particular combo of Turkey, Swiss, Avocado is great paired with a baby spinach salad topped dried cranberries, a few toasted almonds and a balsamic vinaigrette.
