Spaghetti Carbonara

Ingredients

    1/4 pound pancetta, chopped in 1/2 inch pieces
    1 lb. linguine or spaghetti
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
    2 eggs, beaten with a splash of milk and a couple of tablespoons of the poiling water the pasta cooks in
    red pepper flakes
    1/2 cup grates Parmigiano Reggiano or Romano cheese
    handful of chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
    freshley groung black pepper ,to taste
