Quiche (all Varieties)

Ingredients

    2 quarts of Heavy Cream
    12 eggs
    4 9 inch pie shells
    2 teaspoons of nutmeg
    2 teaspoons of black pepper
    2 teaspoons of kosher salt

    Fillings to make 4 quiche
    Ham and Cheese –
    1 cup Boarshead Ham cut into ¼ inch cubes
    2 cups of shredded cheddar

    Tomato Basil Mozz –
    2 cups of shredded Mozz
    4 to 6 roma tomatoes diced
    1 cup of diced fresh basil

    Loraine -
    1 cup of boarshead swiss cut into ¼ inch cubes
    ½ lb of pre cooked bacon bits
    2/3 cup of diced white onions

    Broccoli and Cheddar -
    2 cups of broccoli florets cut into ½ inch pieces
    2 cups of shredded cheddar
