1 cup sauteed mushrooms
1/2 link Hillshire Farm Turkey Polska Kielbasa
Egg substitute - equivalent of 12 eggs (3 cups)
1/2 cup nonfat milk
2 cups 2% cheese blend (mexican or cheddar jack)
1 tsp onion powder
2 Tbsp garlic powder
2 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tsp black pepper
