    2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
    1 teaspoon ground allspice
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 teaspoons sugar
    1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    16 large shrimp, raw, peeled and deveined
    10 oz uncooked couscous (aprox 1-1/4 cups)
    2 cups fat-free chicken broth – low sodium
    2 tablespoons fresh parsley, washed and minced
