    2 small yellow Onions minced
    2 cloves Garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp fresh Ginger Root, grated
    1 carrot, 1 raw (7-8" long)
    1 long, or 2 medium Celery stalks
    extra large handful baby Spinach, stems removed
    2 tsp Salt,
    1/4tsp. Cinnamon
    1 Tbsp lemon juice
    1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
    3 links Aidell's Andouille Sausage (Chicken), sliced
