Buckwheat, Oat, Amaranth Biscuits

Ingredients

    3/4 C Oat flour
    3/4 C Buckwheat flour
    1/2 C Amaranth flour *
    1 Tbsp Baking powder
    1 tsp Arrowroot Starch (optional)
    1/4 tsp Salt
    1/3 C Powdered milk
    1 Tbsp Buttermilk powder
    1 C Hot tap water
    1/4 C Extra Virgin Olive Oil

    *NOTE: If you don't like the taste with amaranth flour, take it out and replace it with equal parts buckwheat and oat flours.
