Filling:
1- 8 ounce brick of cream cheese (preferably from grassfed source or at least organic) at room temperature
8 oz Mascarpone Cheese, at room temperature
2 large eggs
2 Tsp Vanilla
4 to 5 Tbsp Coconut Crystals
1/2 Tsp Fresh Lemon Juice (optional)
