1.5 LB Chicken Breasts or Tenderloins
2 Tbsp Canola or other oil (sesame)
2 tsp garlic - I use the kind in a jar
2 tsp squeezable Ginger (2 tsp grated fresh)
1 Packet True Lemon or .25 cup Lemon juice
2TBSP Rice Vinegar
4 tsp Corn Starch - Optional
1 can or 2 cups of Chicken Broth or 3/4 cup Braggs plus 3/4 cup water (use less or more depending on your tastes)
Mushrooms
Cauliflower
Broccoli
Baby carrots & carrot shreds
Spinach
