    2 Tbsp julienned fresh basil leaves
    1 Tbsp sherry vinegar
    1 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
    1/2 tsp minced garlic
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
