Ingredients

    Crust:
    1 cup shredded cauliflower, cooked (leftover cauli-rice works great)
    1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
    1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
    1 egg

    Topping:
    2 tablespoon pizza sauce (look for the lowest carb you can find)
    1/4 cup mozzarella or provolone
    18 slices (approximately) pepperoni
