    1 can Red Beans
    1 can White Beans
    1 can Chick Peas (Garbanzo Beans)
    1 small can Leaf Spinach
    1 small can Whole Kernel Corn
    1 lg. box Swanson Chicken Broth (reduced sodium)
    4 oz. Velveeta (reduced-fat 2% milk) Block Cheese
    1/4 cup grated Parmesan topping
    1 cup non-fat Milk
    1/2 cup Angelhair Pasta (broken into 2" long pieces)
