Broiled Asian Salmon Salad

Ingredients

    4- 3oz pieces of salmon
    1 tsp ginger
    1 tsp cayenne pepper
    1 tsp brown sugar
    4 tsp low sodium teriyaki sauce
    2 heads Romaine lettuce
    1 cup edamame (thawed, if frozen)
    1 cup cherry tomatoes
    1/2 cup sliced carrots
    1 cup mandarin oranges, drained
    1 small cucumber, peeled & sliced
    1/4 C green onion tops
    1/4 cup slivered, toasted almonds (can omit)
    2 TBSP bottle sesame ginger Asian salad dressing, for each salad
