High Metabolism Fruit Salad

Ingredients

    1 – 20oz can no sugar added pineapple tidbits or crushed, DO NOT DRAIN
    1 – 11oz can no sugar added or light mandarin oranges, DO NOT DRAIN
    2 - 3 firm banana, sliced
    1 - 20 oz can no sugar added or light fruit, peaches, pears, fruit cocktail, your choice
    1 – large box OR 2 small boxes of sugar free strawberry jell-o
    1 cup seedless grapes, cut in half
    **NOTE: measure 1 cup grapes first then cut in half
    2 kiwis, peeled and cut into bite size pieces
    1 apple, chopped
