    1/3 cup egg substitute
    1/8 cup cooked spinach
    2 tbsp shredded provolone cheese
    1/8 cup diced tomatoes
    1 tbsp diced onion
    1 tbsp diced green or red pepper
    1 slice turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
    ground black pepper to taste
    1 Low-Carb tortilla
