Healthy Snack Balls

Ingredients

    Blend the following separately until you get a sticky ball:
    2 cups dried figs
    2 cups dried raisins
    2 cups dried apricots
    2 cups dates
    Then grind the following in a coffee grinder until they look like meal:
    1 cup sunflower seeds
    1 cup almonds
    1/2 cup flaxseeds
    1 cup pumpkin seeds
    Mix all together, add a cup of chopped almonds then roll into small balls and roll in coconut. Makes about 100. Store in fridge.
