½-cup fat-free cottage cheese
1½ cups unsweetened almond milk
½-cup applesauce
1½ cups whole wheat flour (soft)
2 tablespoons baking powder
2 tablespoons stevia sweetener
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
water to thin, as required (I used 1-cup)
(Crisco) butter-flavour spray
