pepperjack - 4 oz (half stick)
parmesan cheese - 4 tsp (enough to sprinkle over 9x13 pan)
butter or marg. - 3/4 stick
bread crumbs - 1.5 cup
minced onion - 1 tsp
minced garlic - 1 tsp
