Ingredients

    Crust:
    1 cup crushed Multi Grain Cheerios
    1 cup crushed Kashi Go Lean
    4 Tbsp Oat Bran
    2 Tbsp Butter, Unsalted
    1/4 c water
    1 Tbs dried basil

    Quiche Base:
    4 Eggs
    4 oz Whipped Cream Cheese
    4 oz Ricotta Reduced Fat Cheese
    1 tsp Italian seasoning

    Add-Ins
    Squash, Yams or Sweet Potato (adds nutrition and volume)
    About 4-6 oz meat of your choice cut into very small pieces
    About 2 cups fresh or frozen veggies

    Topping:
    ½ to 1 cup Shredded Cheese
