Ingredients

    1 large head cauliflower, roughly chopped
    5 hard-boiled egg whites, chlled and chopped (or 3 whites, 3 complete eggs)
    1/2 envelope ranch dressing/dip mix
    11/2 cups fat-free or light mayonnaise
    1.2 cup fat-free sour cream
    3 tbsp. Hellmann's Best Foods Dizonnaise
    2 tbsp. fat-free non-dairy liquid creamer
    1 cup diced red onion
    2 celery stalks, diced
    1/2 cup chopped chives
    3 tbsp. seasoned rice vinegar
    2 tbsp. chopped dill
    2 tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/4 tsp. salt
    optional garnish: paprika (hungarian or spanish)
