Brocolli Slaw Soup With Spinach & Pintos


    *Broccoli Slaw, Marketside, l pkg.
    *Tomato- Hunts Diced Fire Roasted , 1 can
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), .5 pepper, large
    Chicken Bouillon Cubes, Berkley & Jensen, 4
    1 tsp each oregano and basil
    l tsp garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. ground pepper
    Dash of red pepper flakes
    10 cups water

    Place above ingredients in large pot and simmer for 20 miniutes.


    Shell Pasta, 200 gram package
    Pinto Beans, canned, rinsed, (1 can)

    Cook until pasta is tender.

    Stir in just before serving:

    2 Cups roughly chopped spinach
    1 Cup roughly chopped cilantro


Makes 9 Hearty 1.5 Cup Servings.
