Shrimp & Lobster Vegetable Stir-fry

Ingredients

    3 ears of corn, kernels cut off
    1 small can of water chestnuts
    1 bunch asparagus cut into 1" pieces
    10 baby carrots, shredded
    1/2 head cauliflower
    1 8-oz package, portabella mushrooms, thinly sliced
    1 onion, thinly sliced
    1 red, yellow & orange bell peppers, thinly sliced
    1 bunch of broccoli, cut into pieces and stems skinned
    2 ribs of celery, cut into 1/2" pieces
    2 cups snap peas, halved
    3 tbsp Roasted garlic
    1/2 of a squeezed orange juice
    2 oz white wine
    3 tbsp soy sauce (use lite for less sodium)
    3 tbsp olive oil
    16 oz lobster or crab chunks
    12 oz shrimp, tail removed

This Came Out Great But The Quantities Are Based On Whatever Vegetables We Had In The Fridge. You May Have More, Less Or Different Veggies To Add. The Most Important Items Are The Seasonings: Soy Sauce, White Wine, Orange Juice, And Roasted Garlic. We
