1/2 Cup Extra Light Olive Oil or can substitute Canola Oil
1/2 Cup Oat Bran or substitute All Bran Cereal
1/2 Cup Shredded Coconut
1/2 Cup Wheatgerm
1/2 Plain Mixed Nuts - can be slivered or whole (Almonds, Cashews)
1/2 Cup Sultanas
1/2 Cup Sunflower Seeds
1/2 Cup Pumpkin Seeds
1/2 Cup Other Dried Fruit (gojo berries, cranberries, chopped apples or apricots)
Description
Serve As A Breakfast Cereal Or Use As A Topping On A Dessert.
