1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 tea. Paprika or seasoned salt
2 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
3 oz. 1 % milk
butter-flavored spray (I use "I can't believe it's not butter" or in a pinch, I've used a little melted light margarine)
