Oatmeal Protein Muffins

Ingredients

    - ¾ cup uncooked oatmeal or 3/4 cup of muesli

    - ½ cup of quinoa flakes

    - 8 egg whites

    - ½ cup apple sauce (you can add 1/2 cup chopped apples or chopped small banana)

    - 2 tbspn organic honey or maple syrup

    - 2 tbsp craisins

    - 1 medium sweet potatoe

    -Cinnamon and vanilla extract to taste


    If making muffins, add a handful of chopped walnuts!
