    8 cloves of garlic, crushed
    ¾ Tbsp crushed red pepper flakes
    1 Tbsp cinnamon
    1 Tbsp Nutmeg
    1 Tbsp salt
    ¼ lb butter
    1 Tbsp Fennel seed
    ½ c. parsley, chopped
    2 Qt. beef broth (low sodium, fat free)
