Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients

    1 cup unbleached flour
    3/4 cup whole wheat flour
    6 tbsp vanilla protein powder
    2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    12 tsp Stevia in the raw
    4 tsp sugar (equals 1/3 cup with the stevia)
    3/4 cup skim milk
    1/2 cup greek yogurt
    3/4 cup non fat cottage cheese
    1/2 tsp grated lemon rind
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    2 lg eggs beaten
    1 cup frozen blueberries, thawed
    2 - 3 packets Truvia

Description

I'm Trying To Make The Equivalent Of The Nutrisystem Blueberry Muffin. It Is Not Quite The Same, But I Feel I Have Similar Nutrition Values Without The Artificial Ingredients.
