- 15.5 oz can black beans (drained and rinsed)
1 large potatoe
2 links Chorizo sausage
1 large carrot
1/2 medium onion
3.5c. chicken broth
3 cloves garilic
1/2 jalapeno pepper (seeded)
1 tsp. cumin powder
3 tbs. chili powder
1/2 lemon (juice)
salt and pepper to taste
2 tbs. olive oil
Description
This Is Not The Healthiest Recipie, But It Is Definately Comfort Food. You Could Easily Modify The Reciepie To Cut Fat By Using Chicken Breast Instead Of Chorizo.
