1 can milk 1%
8 oz. heavy whipped cream
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 cups precooked asparagus.chopped into 1/2 " pieces
2 tbsp. sherry
2 c. blue crab chunks and pieces or any other type seafood you prefer and add enough to taste
salt & pepper to taste
