    3/4 cup Bob's Red Mill Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal
    1 cup Kellogg's Raisin Bran Cereal, crushed
    2 tsp Baking Soda
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    1 tsp ground cinnamon

    3/4 cup Brown Sugar
    2 containers 6 oz Chobani 2% Pineapple Yogurt
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1/2 tsp salt
    3 Tbsp Canola Oil
    1 large Egg

    12 dried Apricots, cut in eighths
    12 dried Prunes, cut in eighths
    1/2 Walnuts, chopped

Great Muffin - Adapted From All Purpose Bran Muffin By Another User. Had To Double The Yogurt, Add More Canola, And More Raisin Bran. Without Fruit And Nuts, 212 Calories 7 G Fat 37 Carbs 4 Fiber 5 Protein Per Muffin.
