Ingredients

    29 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
    227 grams non-fat, plain Greek yogurt
    4 tbsp light sour cream
    1 tsp dijon mustard
    2 tsp white wine vinegar
    1/2 lemon
    2 Tbsp salt plus 1 tsp kosher salt
    1 dash black pepper
    3 celery stalks, chopped finely
    1 large red onion, chopped finely
    1 bunch fresh dill weed

    Optional: can be serve with spinach or orzo with feta
