Robin T's Marvelous Meat Sauce For Pasta

Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground bison

1 lb. lean ground turkey

2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

10 oz. mushrooms, sliced

3 cans crushed tomatoes (28 oz. each can)

4-6 garlic cloves, minced

1 large can (12 oz.) tomato paste

1 cup water

2 Tablespoons Balsamic vinegar

1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes or cayenne

2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning

1/8 teaspoon celery salt

1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

I Made Up This Recipe When I Was Craving A Really Good Meat Sauce And Pasta, But Couldn't Get To My Favorite Italian Restaurant.
