Lemon Curd In Nest

Ingredients

    4 egg whites
    3/4 cup white sugar
    Make the nests by whipping the white to soft peaks adding inhalf the sugar whip to stiff peaks and gently fold in the remaining sugar- bake 205 degrees for one and half hours
    Curd:
    3/4 cup white sugar
    1 1/2Tbsp cornstarch
    pinch salt
    1 tbsp zest
    3 lg eggs
    1 tbsp butter

Description

This Can Be Served With Greek Yogurt And A Drizzle Of Maple Suryp To Finish
