Ingredients
- 4 egg whites
3/4 cup white sugar
Make the nests by whipping the white to soft peaks adding inhalf the sugar whip to stiff peaks and gently fold in the remaining sugar- bake 205 degrees for one and half hours

1 tbsp butter
