Fall Vegetable Stew

Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    1 large sweet potato or ½ butternut squash
    8 small red-skinned potatoes
    3 large carrots
    4 Broccoli stalks without florets peeled and cut into 1 inch pieces
    1 small onion chopped
    1 stalk celery chopped
    1cup baby lima beans (frozen)
    ½ cup peas (frozen)
    2 small zucchini
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    ¼ tsp celery seed
    ¼ tsp dried sage
    ¼ tsp dried marjoram
    1/8 tsp powdered ginger (more or less to taste)
    1/8 tsp powdered cinnamon (more or less to taste)
    Pinch of nutmeg
    ½ tsp sea salt, seasoned salt, or salt substitute
    1 vegetarian bouillon
    2 cups water
