1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. white pepper
1/2 cup applesauce ,
1 tbsp canolie oil
4 oz. Muenster cheese, cut into 1/4" cubes
3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup skim milk
2 egg white
