    2 cups water
    sea salt
    1 cup frozen edamame
    1 fresh tomato chopped
    1 cucumber unpeeled chopped
    1 tbsp lime juice
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    1 tbsp soy sauce
    fresh chives, minced
    french parsley , minced
    french thyme, minced
