1 medium stalk celery, chopped
1/3 cup shredded carrot
GRAVY:
1/2 cup mushrooms, diced
1 c. veggie broth
1/2 cup milk
1 tbsp brown rice flour
1 tbsp potato starch
1/2 tbsp honey
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
pepper and salt
