1 tsp ginger root (minced or ginger paste preferred)
4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
1 bag Annie Chun Mini Wontons - Chicken & Cilantro flavor
8 ounces sliced mushrooms
6 ounces precooked pork tenderloin, sliced
1 cup onions, chopped
1/2 cup green onions, cohpped
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp rice wine vinegar
1 tsp soy sauce (I used low-sodium tamari)
2 tsp sake (rice wine)
Description
