Wonton Soup 12/7/2011

Ingredients

    2 baby bok choi (chinese cabbage) heads, sliced
    1 tsp minced garlic
    1 tsp ginger root (minced or ginger paste preferred)
    4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
    1 bag Annie Chun Mini Wontons - Chicken & Cilantro flavor
    8 ounces sliced mushrooms
    6 ounces precooked pork tenderloin, sliced
    1 cup onions, chopped
    1/2 cup green onions, cohpped
    1 tsp sesame oil
    1 tsp rice wine vinegar
    1 tsp soy sauce (I used low-sodium tamari)
    2 tsp sake (rice wine)

Description

A Basic Wonton Soup With Storebought Mini-wontons, Enough For Two People To Have A Nice Big Bowlful. Mmm, Yum.
