2 bay leaves
2 teaspoons salt (I used No Salt)
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. ground allspice
1 vegetable bouillon cube (I used salt free)
1/4 tsp dried basil
1 tsp. sugare
6 carrots, peeled and diced
3 potatoes, scrubbed and cut into bite sized chunks
10 oz. frozen peas
2 TBL cornstarch, dissolved in a small amount of water.
Optional minced hot pepper or red pepper flakes
