1/4 cup diced sharp cheddar
1/2 cup each chopped carrots & bell pepper (approx.)
2 T. capers
1/2 chopped purple onion
Nonfat milk, 1/4 c.
Approx. 2-4 T. ea. fat free mayo & reg. mayo. (Twice as much fat free as regular)
Fresh parsley & chives, chopped, to taste
Garlic powder, dill weed, salt & white pepper to taste
Approx. 1 T. Hidden Valley Ranch dry mix
Balsamic vinegar
