Swedish Meatloaf

Ingredients

Meatloaf

Vegetable oil spray

3/4 cup bread crumbs

1/3 cup low fat buttermilk

1 tsp extra virgin olive oil

1/2 medium onion minced

2 medium garlic cloves

white of 1 large egg

1/8 teaspoon of pepper

1/4 tsp ground nutmeg

1/4 tsp ground ginger

1/4 tsp allspice

1 tbsp dried dillweed

16 ounces ground turkey 93% lean

Sauce

1 tbsp. light margarine

2 tbsp. all purpose flour

1 cup fat free, low sodium beef broth

3/4 cup fat free evaporated milk

3 tbsp dry sherry

2.5 tbsp. dried dillweed

1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg

1/4 tsp ground allspice

1/4 tsp. ground ginger

1/8 tsp. pepper

Meatloaf With Dill Sauce. Yummy!!!!! My 3 Year Old Could Eat Half A Loaf By Herself If I Let Her.
