Ingredients
- 8 oz Dry Penne Pasta , cook and Drain
(2 C FF milk, 2 T AP Flour, 1/2 t salt, 1/4 t pepper)
3/4 c shredded FF Shredded Cheddar cheese
3 med Granny Smith apples, core and dice
8 oz turkey kielbasa, diced
Whisk together milk and flour over med heat. Cook and sort until thickened and bubbly. Remove from heat; add cheese, salt and pepper; Stir until smooth. In a large baking dish gently combine pasta, apples and kielbasa and cheese sauce. Cover with foil and bake 20 minutes @ 350. Remove foil. bake 15 minutes more.
