1 1/2 pds. of fresh Swiss Chard, leaves cut into 1/2" strips and stems cut into 1/2" pieces
2 Tab. finely grated lemon zest
1/2 cup dry white wine
1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
1/2 cup fresh ricotta cheese, low fat
Freshly grated parmesan cheese, for sprinkling on top if desired.
Crisp cooked bacon, crumbled, can be added for extra flaor, but not required or needed.
