1 T. fresh peeled gingerroot, chopped
2 T. mirin (or sweet rice wine vinegar)
2 T. low sodium soy sauce
1 T. sesame oil
1/2 tsp - 1 T. crushed red pepper flakes (start with less and add more if desired)
