1 1/2 cup bean sprouts
1 medium carrot, cut into julienne
1/4 cup water chestnuts, chopped
1 tsp dry mustard
3 tbsp rice vinegar
1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
8 large Napa cabbage leaves
