Ingredients

    * 3 cup flour
    * 6 tsp Baking Powder
    * 1/4 tsp Salt,
    * 75g Butter
    * 1 -1.5 cups Milk

    For Sultana sconces add 3/4-1 cup sultanas to flour

    For Date scones add 3/4 cup chopped dates, 1 tbsp sugar and 1/2 tsp cinnamon to flour

    For Cheese scones add 3/4 cup grated cheese, pinch cayenne peper and pinch mustard powder to flour
