Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef (leaner the better)
2 cans kidney beans
2 cans black beans
2 cans garbanzo beans
2 cans navy beans
1 can corn
Cayene, paprika, salt and pepper to taste.
There are lots of variations and add ons:
I like to add a couple cans of El Pato Salsa for a kick. You can also make with chicken instead. Also great with onions and peppers in it.
Serve as is or with any of the add ons (just adds the calories!): shredded cheese, tortilla chips, sour cream or guacamole.
